Got a great deal for New Year’s Eve and was pleasantly surprised! Staff was helpful and accommodating with our requests. The complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi were a plus. Location was perfect with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

The room was a bit cramped and the bathroom could have used some updating. The noise from outside was a little loud, but that's to be expected in a bustling location.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Sofia for a few nights. The location was excellent, right next to the central rail and bus stations. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly, even recommending a fantastic local Bulgarian restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the WIFI was fast and reliable.

The receptionists were welcoming and helpful, even allowing us to check in early and arranging a take-away breakfast for us when we had an early morning trip.
