I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. I was able to easily walk to the nearby theatre and explore the town centre. The room was clean, modern, and had all the amenities I needed, such as ironing facilities, heating, and a sitting area. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio with the comfortable garden furniture. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The hotel also offered free toiletries and a flat-screen TV for my entertainment. it was a great experience and I would highly recommend staying here.

We recently stayed at a lovely property in Dartmouth. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, including charming pubs just across the road. the rooms were clean, modern, and cozy, with a cool bag provided to make our own picnic using local food and wines. the property was close to the town center, and the bed was very comfortable. the staff were helpful, especially regarding parking. our experience at St Elmo House was great.

We stayed at St Elmo House for a few nights and it was perfect for a couple. The central location was ideal, with plenty of eateries and attractions nearby. The room may have been small, but it was comfortable and nicely furnished. We loved the private balcony for morning coffee and evening drinks. The addition of a cool bag with plates and cutlery was a nice touch. Checking in and out was a breeze, with minimal staff interaction required.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at St Elmo. The central location was perfect, with a lovely buzz in the air and friendly locals. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with parking, and even left a birthday card for my husband. The room was clean, modern, and smart, and we even received a free upgrade to a larger room with a balcony. The balcony was a great addition, offering a beautiful view of St Saviour's church. We enjoyed exploring the area, from the library treasure trail to the boat to Torquay with excellent commentary. The food at Cherub and Floating Bridge was delicious, and the seagulls added to the unique experience by happily snatching our fish and chips!

Great location in the heart of the historic town, easy to find parking nearby, comfortable and clean room. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about nearby attractions and restaurants. the room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a balcony with a great view of the town. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start our day.

The balcony was shared between several rooms, which meant that it wasn't as private as we had expected. the noise level from guests chatting outside could be disturbing at times.
