The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to shops and restaurants in the mall situated opposite the entrance of the car park. It is also very close to the Gondola, making it easy to access the ski slopes. In addition, it is a short walk to the center for lunch. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds.

The hotel's spa facilities, such as the sauna and steam bath, were outdated and in need of maintenance.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view. the bed linens were clean and fresh. the spa area was large and had a variety of features. the location was perfect and easily accessible.

The staff was unorganized, unprofessional and didn't speak fluent English, making communication difficult. the breakfast was limited and the food was cold.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel in the mountains. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful scenery and offering stunning views from the top floors. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony where we could relax and take in the scenery. The staff were friendly and polite, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The facilities were top-notch, including a sauna, gym, and massages which were all outstanding. The pool area was also impressive, with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas to enjoy the mountain sun. we had a wonderful and relaxing experience here.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to this area.

The lobby area is comfortable, and they serve delicious tea and coffee. The rooms and toilets were well-heated, making for a cozy stay. The spa area was satisfactory, and the pool had plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for relaxing in the beautiful mountain sun. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a kitchen that allowed for a longer period of rest and the ability to cook for myself. The staff allowed us to check out later on Sunday without any additional charge.
