Felt welcome, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel had a great location, with shops and cafes nearby. It was also close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and accommodating, despite the language barrier.

The communication with the staff was a bit challenging as they spoke limited English. the air conditioning vent in the room was placed above the headboard, causing water to drip down, which was quite annoying.

The breakfast at the hotel was great, with a variety of options to choose from. the rooms were also spacious and clean. the hotel is conveniently located near the Shipaiqiao Metro station, making it easy to access other areas of Guangzhou. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to the Stadium District, where you can find exercise places and the Taikoo Hui Mall for dining and shopping.

The language skills of the staff, including the bell desk, front desk, and restaurant service, were not very strong. Many staff members had to rely on translation applications for simple questions.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was truly non-smoking, with a clean and fresh smell throughout the public areas. The air conditioning in my room worked perfectly, keeping me comfortable during my stay. The gym was also well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine while on the road. Furthermore, I appreciated the nice discounts offered by the hotel, adding extra value to my stay.

This hotel has an amazing location directly opposite a popular mall called Taikoo Hui. It is also close to all the shopping markets and the metro station. The hotel provides a delicious breakfast and the staff is very accommodating.

One downside was the payment policy. They charged me for one night before I arrived, and then required a deposit for three more nights at check-in, even though I only stayed for two nights.
