I simply loved the charming traditional Bulgarian architecture of the hotel. the cozy design made me feel right at home, and the beautiful terrace and garden were perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with easy-to-navigate common areas and helpful staff always ready to assist.

I wish the children working there could be more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The breakfast was limited but okay after a day on the slopes. the staff was generally friendly. the location was SUPERB, only a 5-minute walk from the Gondola. Would choose this place again. the leisure facilities were better in person than in photos. a cozy spot for a ski getaway!

the location of the hotel is also convenient, with modern facilities and a good breakfast offered. improvements can be made regarding maintenance issues and certain staff members' professionalism.

The ski room was massive, and the spa was lit! Plus, the grub was delish, and we had a blast at the bowling alley nearby. the vibes were totally chill, making it a sick spot to hang with the squad.

Wish there was a more bumpin' nightlife scene around for us party animals.

This hotel is in a great location for both the gondola and the old town. the lobby has a cozy atmosphere with a lovely fireplace that gives a warm feeling. the personnel are nice and helpful. They clean the rooms daily and the food is good. the parking lot is very secure. It's nice that the manager took our room preferences into account.

The staff could be friendlier and more professional. the food choices could be more varied, as it feels repetitive each night.
