Good WiFi, clean swimming pool, plenty of parking, and warm rooms. Large comfortable rooms with a nice forest view. Convenient location for skiing and close to the village center. Spacious renovated rooms with new furniture. Okay breakfast and nice restaurant.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in the Malina district. the value for money was fantastic - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a comfortable stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with clean rooms and basic amenities provided. Finally, the location was perfect for me, being close to the Pamporovo ski resort and offering beautiful surroundings.

All in all, everything was fine and there is really nothing to complain about.

Spent my Christmas here. The indoor pool was great, perfect temperature to relax after skiing. The spa area was also offered a pleasant end to a cold day on the slopes. The shuttle service to the ski lifts was reliable and made getting to the mountain easy. The views from the balcony were fantastic.

The food was pretty basic, especially for Christmas dinner. The restaurant had little to no atmosphere, making the experience less than magical.
