The room size was impressive and the ocean views were breathtaking. the staff were friendly and welcoming which added to the overall experience. Being able to relax in the infinity pool was a definite highlight of the trip. the location was also great as it was close to the airport and a few shopping centres.

Don't expect much in Nusa Dua, it’s more of an artificial resort with western prices. the breakfast was very basic and lacked options, definitely not worth the price paid.

This hotel offers the ultimate luxurious experience. From the exclusive amenities to the spacious rooms that are beautifully decorated and designed, this venue truly exceeded our expectations. We loved spending time at the stunning outdoor swimming pool and the beach access that provided us with a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. the Spa & wellness centre had excellent massage services that left us feeling revitalised and rejuvenated. the location advantages allowed us to enjoy a private and secluded stay, which was exactly what we were looking for.

The only minor issue we encountered were the staff's occasional lack of attention to detail. We experienced a couple of small miscommunications, which led to an unexpected 6 am wake, up call and a late, night visit from hotel employees fixing the Wi, Fi. Otherwise, the restaurant staff were very friendly and the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area made for nice options to relax and unwind after a long day.
