The room was very modern and clean. We enjoyed our stay and had a good time exploring the nearby Tsarevets Fortress. The light & sound display in the evening was magnificent. I would recommend this hotel.

Our group of friends had an amazing time at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the Tsarevets fortress and the stunning light show that we all enjoyed. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a special feature in the bathroom that allowed us to listen to relaxing music at our preferred volume. The hotel also had a beautiful lobby and a convenient elevator. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to Mini Bulgaria Park and the fortress. The rooms are well-appointed, with small windows that offer a great view of the surrounding area. The attention to detail is evident, from the much larger bed to the basic amenities that are provided. The staff here are friendly and attentive, making sure that every guest feels welcome. The breakfast served is fantastic, with a variety of options to cater to every taste.

Had a lovely Christmas stay! the staff was friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was satisfying, including freshly baked pastries and fruits. the hotel was situated in a great location, with attractions within walking distance. the cozy common areas had a relaxed ambiance. To top it off, we received complimentary hot chocolate and cookies on Christmas day, which we enjoyed in front of the fireplace.

The room was a bit stuffy, and the beds were a bit too soft for our liking. the bathroom layout was a bit awkward, with no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the nearby fortress, and it offers convenient parking. The staff went above and beyond, preparing an early breakfast and being welcoming and accepting of all guests. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and cozy, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The small pool and jacuzzi area were a nice bonus, and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!

I stayed at the Tsarevets hotel in Veliko Tarnovo for a relaxing weekend getaway with my younger sibling. The location was perfect, allowing us to escape the hustle and noise of the city. The reception staff were exceptional, accommodating all our requests and providing excellent service. The spa, though compact, was very nice, and we had a great time. The hotel is in an older character property with a view over part of the old town and castle. The rooms were beautifully furnished, and both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was of a good standard, and the hotel is within an easy walking distance of the old town and the newer town center area. We will definitely come back!
