The value for money was excellent, and the room was clean and spacious. The location was fantastic, with many options for places to visit nearby. The staff were friendly and treated us very well.

We had a fantastic stay at the Wine & Spa Complex. the complex has a beautiful traditional Bulgarian look and feel, with well-maintained yards and peacocks roaming freely. the Starosel restaurant served delicious food, especially the buffet dinner. the wine tour was interesting and we enjoyed a great wine tasting experience. Our room was spacious, modern, and clean. the SPA center had a big pool and a variety of facilities, including a hot outdoor pool. the kids club was well equipped.

We had an incredible stay here surrounded by nature with views of the mountains. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The room was spacious with great amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We really enjoyed the leisure spa & wellness center which had indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, jacuzzi, and a spa lounge for massages. There were also plenty of activities like billiards, mini golf, hiking, and cycling. We loved lounging by the seasonal outdoor pool and taking in the beautiful garden area.

The breakfast buffet includes delicious homemade cakes, jams, yogurt, and honey. The spa facilities, including the pools and treatments, are exceptional, allowing guests to relax and unwind.

Had an amazing thanksgiving experience at this spa hotel retreat. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools with different temperatures, steam rooms, sauna, and massage rooms. the food served at the restaurant was excellent, both International and local cuisine. the daily wine tasting was a value-added experience and the on-site wine shop offered selected wines at wholesale prices. the staff was helpful and provided us with great service.

The noise from the restaurant disturbed us during the night, and the absence of curtains on the little window in the room facing the restaurant was disturbing. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room and change towels during our two-night stay.

Our stay at the Wine & Spa Complex was worth every penny. The room was clean, spacious, and incredibly cozy. The location, surrounded by stunning nature, added to the overall charm of the hotel. The staff treated us like royalty with their friendly and attentive service. We particularly loved the delicious breakfast, where we could choose and order from a menu. The Mekitsi, in particular, were absolutely fabulous. Additionally, the 7-wine tasting experience was a wonderful highlight of our stay.
