Rooms at Musala were spacious, beds comfortable. Toiletries provided, reliable hot water after skiing. Spa and pool available, although closing early.

Steam and sauna cost extra.

We were disappointed that the swimming pool opened late, causing inconvenience on our departure day. the hotel made us pay upfront for our stay, creating unnecessary hassle. Despite these flaws, we appreciated the beautiful view and helpful staff. Overall I'd suggest staying here.

Excellent Ski, in/Ski, out Location and Outstanding Staff

the staff, particularly Ilana at reception and the ski school team led by Matt, were extremely helpful and made my stay enjoyable. the overall food quality and the inconsistency of spa operating hours could be improved for a more satisfying experience.

The value for money was impressive, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the slopes, and the staff treated me with kindness and professionalism.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a better coffee machine.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to the center of town and right next to a ski slope. The gondola is also just minutes away, making it convenient for skiers. Fantastic location for skiing, right on the beginner piste and close to the gondola. Delicious breakfast with a variety of hot and cold options. the sauna and steam room were a great way to relax after a day on the slopes.

The rooms could use an upgrade, the carpet and furniture were outdated. there was an extra charge for the jacuzzi and towels at the pool, which should have been included in the hotel price.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located right on the slopes. the staff were friendly, the rooms spacious, and the food was delicious. We especially loved the convenience of being able to dry our gear easily. the restaurant had a great atmosphere and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. the front desk even surprised us with breakfast packages on our early departure. a perfect accommodation for a ski holiday.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel for our family. The location at the edge of the resort was perfect, as it was right next to a ski slope and at the foot of the ski tracks. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed us, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, giving us a great start to our ski days.
