For our relaxing getaway, we stayed at this gem with a rich history. the lush surroundings were peaceful, and our large, clean room was a dream. the fantastic food at the elegant and understated dining options was a highlight. Special shout-out to Dennis, Rupert, and Andrea for exceptional service. the environmentally friendly initiatives, like using solar panels for water heating, were impressive.

Guests can expect fantastic, diverse meals from the environmentally friendly restaurant, along with superb management and friendly staff.

At my go-to spot, staff helped my elderly parents. It suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, parking, poolside bar, restaurant, and more. I enjoy visits for a city break. Canoeing, beach access, and spa are highlights. Never any regrets - a top choice always.

Felt very relaxed, no complaints.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way from the moment I arrived. the staff was incredibly attentive and fulfilled all of my luxurious needs, including arranging beauty treatments and providing exclusive amenities. the beautiful sun terrace provided stunning views of the surrounding gardens and outdoor swimming pool.

The only minor issue I encountered was slow service at the poolside snack bar. this was quickly resolved and did not hinder my overall enjoyment of the venue.

We celebrated our engagement on Valentine's Day at Sugar Mill and it was a truly magical experience. The staff made us feel like family and went above and beyond to ensure our night was unforgettable. The hotel itself is a hidden oasis on the island, with beautiful surroundings and attention to detail. The food options were excellent and we loved spending time on the small private beach and by the pool. The warm and welcoming management, Andrea and her husband, made our stay even more special. We would definitely stay at this tranquil hotel again. highly recommended.

Great sunset and thunderous waves almost near the table. the dinner was good with tasty food options. the presentation of the food was nice.

The service was painfully slow with inexperienced staff who were clueless. the seating arrangement was uncomfortable and the restaurant was poorly ventilated.
