We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with beautifully stunning grounds, lovely rooms, the most accommodating and friendly staff, and views that truly cannot be beat on the ocean amongst a background of green hills. the hotel facilities were excellent, offering a small private beach, a pool, and comfortable outdoor furniture. the staff were exceptional, providing outstanding meals and extraordinary massages. the management team, including Dennis, Rupert, and Andrea, were fantastic.

Nestled on the shores of a tropical paradise, this boutique hotel offers a truly idyllic escape. Wake up to breathtaking views of Jost and Long Beach, as the gentle sounds of the waves lull you into tranquility. The poolside suite is a haven of comfort, with a spacious living area, a heavenly bed, and a luxurious bathroom featuring an outdoor shower. The attentive staff goes above and beyond, stocking your mini fridge with refreshing drinks and adorning your room with fresh flowers. The all-inclusive option ensures that every meal is a culinary delight, with dishes like lobster thermidor and scallops with cheesy risotto. Lounge on the beachside loungers, sipping cocktails and soaking in the stunning vistas. The friendly staff even offers transportation to nearby beaches, ensuring you make the most of your stay.

Although the private beach is small, there are no adjacent beaches for exploring.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way from the moment I arrived. the staff was incredibly attentive and fulfilled all of my luxurious needs, including arranging beauty treatments and providing exclusive amenities. the beautiful sun terrace provided stunning views of the surrounding gardens and outdoor swimming pool.

The only minor issue I encountered was slow service at the poolside snack bar. this was quickly resolved and did not hinder my overall enjoyment of the venue.

We celebrated our engagement on Valentine's Day at Sugar Mill and it was a truly magical experience. The staff made us feel like family and went above and beyond to ensure our night was unforgettable. The hotel itself is a hidden oasis on the island, with beautiful surroundings and attention to detail. The food options were excellent and we loved spending time on the small private beach and by the pool. The warm and welcoming management, Andrea and her husband, made our stay even more special. We would definitely stay at this tranquil hotel again. highly recommended.
