the room with a great private balcony provided picturesque city views, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. the friendly and multilingual staff, particularly the knowledgeable host Andy, made my experience memorable. Their genuine care and helpful advice truly stood out.

If I had to point out a minor flaw, it would be the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. Andy kindly allowed me to use the staff area fridge, so this was easily resolved.

First stay, staff helped with room issue at night. Perfect for me with Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, welcome drink. Plunge pool, jacuzzi, spa, Flat-screen TV, VIP check-in. I return for holiday.
