I had an amazing stay at a luxury hotel in Siem Reap. The rooms were excellent, the breakfast spread was superb, and the staff were very accommodating. I especially loved the traditional welcome with a traditional scarf and the beautiful view from my private balcony. The free shuttle bus to downtown was a great perk, and the pool was nice as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The staff were professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English. The seasonal fresh fruits provided daily were a delightful touch. The private balcony in my room offered a beautiful view of the serene gardens. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options. The complimentary shuttle bus to the city center was convenient. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, perfect for a relaxing swim. the hotel provided a truly luxurious and enjoyable experience.

The only minor issue I encountered was the presence of mosquitoes and small ants. However, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience at the hotel.

Had an amazing Christmas at this resort! Loved the beautiful room and the fantastic swimming pool. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. The complimentary shuttle bus that dropped us off at key locations around town was really a life-saver. Plus, breakfast was fantastic and had so many options to choose from.

The resort could have taken more action when it comes to bugs and mosquitoes. The bites were a bit of a nuisance and could have been avoided with some simple spraying.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the city center, and the hotel provided a shuttle bus service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the private balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel also had two swimming pools and a fantastic spa for relaxation.

There were some issues with the Wi-Fi connection, especially around the pool area.
