The room was comfy with a large bed, and the staff was friendly. the location was super convenient being just 8 minutes from my family, plus there was a Sheetz next door for quick snacks and essentials. the room had great security measures, and the amenities were a nice touch during my xmas stay.

Some areas in the room needed better cleaning, like crumbs near the microwave and dirty spots in the bathroom. the carpet, although looking new, had noticeable stains.

My stay at Springhill Suites was exceptional. I was visiting family nearby and found the location extremely convenient, with a Sheetz next door for quick needs. the room was clean and comfortable, exactly as shown. the rooftop bar offered stunning sunset views, and Grayson's exceptional service made our experience memorable. The all, you, can, eat breakfast was a highlight; the coconut walnut pancakes were delicious, and the staff, including Chris. Cons: Strongly recommend this hotel.

The room matched its online picture and was cleaned daily. The bathroom was generously spacious, and the hotel was kept immaculately clean. There were plexiglass separators at the check-in center, while hand sanitizers were available throughout the floor plan. A convenient first-floor location was assigned to us for easy access.

The location of the hotel was great, with many shops and restaurants nearby. the view from the hotel's rooftop bar was breathtaking, especially during the New Year's celebration. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially with the extended check-in time that was offered.

The room did not meet expectations. There was no daily room service, making it difficult to keep up with fresh towels and linens.
