We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was situated in a new district, away from the hustle and bustle of the main city area. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly memorable. We were impressed with the prompt room service and the availability of car hire and dry cleaning facilities. The housekeeping staff ensured that our room was always clean and well-maintained. The hotel also offered a grocery shopping service, which was convenient for us. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great staff with good initiative. Loved the location, perfect distance from the tourist central. There are some property development plans going on in the area, which is great. The breakfast was really good, and the cooked to order eggs were a delight. The hotel was large, spacious, and had a nice atmosphere.

The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, and the room smelled musty. It was a shame because the building itself was nice, but the age of the hotel was just too much.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the biggest shopping mall in the area, just a short walk away. It is situated on a main boulevard, making it easy to access. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are large, providing a comfortable stay. The staff are warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. The breakfast is delicious and offers a good selection. Guests can also enjoy a great view over the Sofitel hotel gardens.

The pedestrian area near the hotel is poorly maintained and it can be difficult to walk without getting in the way of tuk-tuks or cars.

The food was great with a variety of options. Excellent service. Room style suited us well. Good location near Naga World. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean and new hotel. Well-appointed rooms. Convenient tuk tuk rides. Upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. Good breakfast. Close to shopping mall.
