The staff helped with my elderly parents first stay. Everything I need: valet parking, 24/7 reception, security, infinity pool, AC. Fun: table tennis, mini golf, water sports, spa. Express check-in/out, no pets/smoking. Love coming back for holiday.

The breakfast exceeded expectations and included toast. Poolside food and drink service was satisfactory. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The suite had a beautiful view. The compact property offered great views and a nice size.

Outstanding service at The Ridge At Playa Grande! When I mentioned my mobility problems, they immediately moved me to a room closer to the elevator and amenities. The view of the resort and ocean was breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the marina, making it easy to explore the area and find nice restaurants. The rooms are spacious and come with two bathrooms, which is great for families. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with some members even remembering guests' names and room numbers. The breakfast buffet is satisfying, and the views of the marina and ocean are amazing.

The noise from the nightclubs across the street can be bothersome, especially for guests staying in the Ridge part of the property.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was an absolute blast! the party was lively with a great atmosphere and fantastic music. the pool area was beautiful, and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. the staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. the location was perfect, within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. the beach was just a few steps away, and the hotel offered free beach towels and chairs.

It was somewhat outdated and could benefit from some renovation. the noise from the nearby clubs kept us up late at night.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional. I enjoyed an amazing full body massage and body scrub at the Spa & wellness centre. There were also beautiful outdoor swimming pools and a sauna that added to the overall relaxation experience. the hotel's location provided easy access to the beach, offering stunning views of the ocean. the restaurant served a delicious dinner with special diet menus available.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the live entertainment. Although there was a good variety of options, the sound level at times was too loud and it became difficult to hold a conversation.
