Great location just a couple minutes walk from central market and pub street and it's peaceful here. The pool was perfect after a hot day exploring. Staff really knew what they were doing, very helpful with planning tours and arranging transport.

the staff were nice, but the room I stayed in was filthy, with a mouldy bathroom and a headboard that looked like an art project gone wrong. also, I expected a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience but received nothing. absoluteley, a huge disappointment for such a hyped hotel. almost gave a decent review, but just couldn't.

Room 106 lacked cleanliness. the bathroom had noticeable black mold in the silicone and the granite bath looked like it hadn't been touched in ages. The roller blinds in the shower were also an eyesore, and the headboard seemed like a canvas for some messy toddler art. A good clean-up would elevate this hotel significantly, as it's clear it has great potential.

The warm welcome with that cold towel and a complimentary drink was just what I needed after my flight! I was even upgraded to a junior suite—which was such a lekker surprise! The brekkie was tasty too, with loads to choose from. Loved the nice touches in the room!
