I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located and within walking distance to many historic sites. The staff provided excellent service and quickly addressed any concerns I had during check-out. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed including a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I also enjoyed the lovely terrace and garden area. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of options and the bar area was a nice spot for an evening drink.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family without hesitation.

Although overall the service was excellent, I would have appreciated if the cleaning staff had replenished our coffee and tea bags.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to public transport. It is literally 60 meters from the Anhalter Bahnhof S-Hahn station, making it convenient to explore the city. It is also within walking distance of popular attractions such as Potsdamer Platz, monuments, museums, and Checkpoint Charlie. The hotel is located in the Xmas market area, where we stayed and celebrated the New Year. It was great to be so close to the festivities.

The accounting system at the hotel seems to have some issues. There were cases where guests had their payments blocked twice and had to deal with misunderstandings during check-out.

During Christmas, we stayed in a hotel in Berlin which was in a great location. It was within walking distance of the train station which made it easy to get around. There were also several restaurants and shops nearby. the hotel receptionist was a friendly and helpful young man who spoke excellent English. We appreciated the complementary coffee and tea in the room as well as the daily bottle of water which were included in the price of the room. the complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

We also found that the sound from the bathroom could be heard quite easily from the bedroom which was a bit distracting when trying to sleep. the experience was good, but these small issues prevented us from having a completely restful and relaxing stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the Movenpick Hotel near Potsdamer Platz. Great value for money with a spacious and bright room, complete with big windows that opened for fresh air. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I especially appreciated their assistance in adding an extra bed for my daughter. The location was convenient, just a quick 2-minute walk from the S-Bahn and Bus stations.

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider variety of international cuisines.

I recently stayed at Movenpick Hotel Am Potsdamer Platz for a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore all the attractions. We were pleasantly surprised by a 40th Anniversary cake that the hotel had organized for us, which was a lovely touch. The late checkout option was also convenient and hassle-free. we had a great experience and would like to extend a big thank you to the management and staff for making our stay memorable.
