I recently stayed at the Harmony Hotel in Phnom Penh for three nights. The staff was exceptionally friendly and spoke English very well. The location was central, making it easy to explore all the tourist places. The building was clean and well maintained. The rooftop infinity pool offered breathtaking views of the city, as did the magnificent rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds.

Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is ideally located close to any central location by tuk-tuk or a taxi, right in the banks of the Mekong river. The spacious rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and equipped with big beds. The rooftop pool offers a stunning view of the river. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.

Some guests have complained about the noise from the food market located next to the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just steps away from the river and local markets, and the room service is excellent. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The swimming pool was a great place to relax, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I especially appreciated the tours/ticket assistance and happy hour specials at the bar.

harmony was the perfect choice for our honeymoon trip! the modern rooms with beautiful balconies and the amazing rooftop pool and bar exceeded our expectations. the view of the mekong and tonle sap confluence was breathtaking. we couldn't have asked for a better stay in phnom penh.

I recently stayed at this 3-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were modern and had a safe, as well as a beautiful balcony. Although the AC was a bit loud, it didn't bother me too much. The highlight for me was the beefburger from the in-house service, which was amazingly good. The hotel also boasts the most beautiful and largest pool in the neighborhood, situated on the roof with a stunning view of the confluence of the Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers. It truly gave me that Mekong delta feeling.

During my recent stay at Harmony, I had the pleasure of experiencing their fantastic rooftop swimming pool. The views overlooking the river traffic were simply breathtaking. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and towels were provided for guests. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the noise and smell from the nearby markets, and the occasional unfriendly encounter with the housekeeping staff, overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel. The rooftop swimming pool was definitely the highlight of my stay, and I would gladly return to Harmony for another enjoyable experience.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, particularly when it came to organizing transportation to the airport. They made sure we had premium and very affordable transportation, which was a huge relief considering the chaotic roads. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities, including a cozy sitting area and a terrace where we could relax. The pool was also a highlight of our stay, as it was big and well-maintained, and the food at the pool bar was excellent.

Modern pool area, delicious breakfast with waffles/pancakes. Stylish and comfortable rooms. Fashionable lobby and interior. Allowed late pool use and arranged Tuk Tuk to airport.

Our city break was quite pleasant due to the complementary refreshments provided at check-in and the free breakfast selection in the mornings. The location was ideal for exploring with key landmarks within walking distance. the rooftop bar provided a stunning view of the city skyline and a peaceful atmosphere to unwind.

There were some issues that brought the experience down. The language barrier with some of the front desk staff made it quite difficult to communicate and obtain information.
