My birthday stay at this hotel was made special with a surprise cake and apartment decorations. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the open kitchen and washing machine were very convenient. The hospitality was exceptional, with staff like Miss Rinku at the reception and Mr Bhanu and Mr Abisheik from housekeeping going above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was so spacious and elegantly designed. I felt like I had plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day of work. The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer for someone who loves to cook during their travels.

As backpackers, we loved the central location with beautiful creek views and walking distance to Deira City Centre and the metro. Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool were a real treat. The Jacuzzi was a highlight, with its relaxing bubbles and serene atmosphere. The sun loungers and beach umbrellas by the outdoor swimming pool were a great place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

The only minor issue I experienced during my stay was with the special diet menus. Although they were available, the options were limited.

We stayed at Flora Creek for a week with our 1-year-old toddler and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were child-friendly with minimal sharp edges and plenty of space for our little one to play. The kitchen was well-equipped and allowed us to prepare meals easily. The modern art design and spaciousness of the rooms were a delight, and the view from the 11th floor was breathtaking. The staff, especially Miss Kanbachan, were polite and kind, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Access to the nearby City Centre mall and metro was convenient, and the parking area was safe. We also appreciated the shuttle service to the airport. we highly recommend Flora Creek for a family-friendly and comfortable stay.

The location was excellent, being close to the airport and right outside the metro station. Just a short walk away from Deira Centre shopping mall! The staff were polite, friendly and went out of their way to do anything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay including an ironing board, coffee making facilities and a dressing area. One thing we really appreciated was the soundproofed room – we had a great night's sleep!

This place had it all - from a nice leisure spa and lounge area, to excellent dining options and 24-hour room service. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were clean and refreshing, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas available.

I had an amazing time during my city break! The first thing that impressed me was the incredible service, the staff were super friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me some complimentary snacks upon arrival as well as a late check-out. The location was perfect, it was easy to get around and explore the city. Another great aspect was the fantastic fitness facilities, including a gym and pool which were clean and well-maintained. it was a wonderful experience!

There were a few things that could have been improved during my stay. the room could have been a bit more spacious, it felt slightly cramped.
