Additionally, while the mattresses have been recently replaced to a firmer version, it may cause discomfort for those who prefer a softer bed. The internet connection was also inconsistent, often logging me out and slowing down when I needed it most. Furthermore, the breakfast area became overcrowded and chaotic when tour groups arrived, diminishing the dining experience.

the pool area was full of unsupervised teens, making it impossible to relax. also, the staff seem untrained for a supposed 5-star hotel, as they didn't even bring my room service items. after all that, i woudl ve thought they woudl offer some sort of gesture for the inconvenience, but I guess not. just couldn’t recommend this place.

The staff were super lekker, really responsive when we called for anything. Location was sharp, right near the action and heaps of places to eat. Housekeeping was on point, made our room feel fresh every day.

Only downside was the beds, felt a bit firm for my liking, woke up with a bit of back pain, but it was still chill overall.

This was just a well-suited match for a brief sojourn in Siem Reap with high value for money. The night market nearby had beautiful views and was lively with great local vibes. Check out the apsara dancing performance. it really adds to the experience.

The pool area is something else! You got this large pool with a swim-up bar, perfect for a cold drink after a hot day exploring. Also, I had the chance to hit the spa for some killer discounts and the massage was fantastic, had me feeling like a new man!
