We loved the huge balcony in room 18 with its stunning views. The breakfast served by the delightful waiting staff was amazing. The hospitality and personal touch of the Japanese owner made our stay truly memorable. The room had a unique design with a large bathroom, including a hot tub and intimate jets on the toilet!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Phnom Penh. It truly felt like an oasis of peace in the bustling city. the beautiful gardens and pool provided a tranquil atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. the Japanese owner, Mr Kuroda, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. the food at the restaurant was fabulous, with a varied and authentic menu. the breakfast outside by the pool was particularly enjoyable. the rooms were well decorated and comfortable, and the personal touches, such as welcome drinks and robes, added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.

We loved staying at this place in a quiet and secure area, surrounded by embassies and beautiful gardens. The hospitality of the owner and the staffs was excellent. We enjoyed the room amenities and appreciated the free toiletries. We also loved the delicious breakfast and the option to order it up until 10 pm at night. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, and we also enjoyed the leisure spa and wellness centre.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family due to the excellent service we received during our stay.

The spa was not up to our expectations. the massage was just average and the treatment room was not very clean.

Value for money was amazing and the room was more than excellent! The location was away from the touristy area but just a short tuk-tuk drive to the chaos. The staff treated us like family, giving us precious tips and making us feel at home.

I found it convenient to hire a tuk-tuk to explore, as the hotel is a bit away from the busy city center. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, and the facilities, including the beautiful pool, were well-maintained. The breakfast options were excellent, and I especially enjoyed being able to have breakfast at any time. the staff, location, cleanliness, and hotel facilities made for a wonderful experience.
