Our stay at Silver Fern Suites & Spa was absolutely wonderful. The spa bath in our room was incredibly relaxing and the cleanliness of the entire place was top-notch. The manager was quick to address any issues, such as a blocked basin, ensuring our comfort was a priority. The free washing machine and reasonably priced dryer were convenient and efficient. we had a fantastic experience.

The sofa bed provided for our family was extremely uncomfortable, with sharp springs making it difficult to sleep on. We had to layer multiple duvets to make it bearable.

Clean and well-maintained room. Friendly and helpful staff with great recommendations. Kitchen was equipped for basic cooking. Comfortable bed with a variety of pillow options. Nice spa bath and DVD selection available.

We were upgraded to a family room, which was great for our small getaway. Staff were friendly and offered discount codes for nearby activities. The spa bath was amazing, and we enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants. a lovely stay.

Located in a peaceful area away from busy sights, this hotel is strategically located to provide access to all the tourist spots and local sights you may have already selected. Rooms are spacious and modern, with well-equipped kitchenettes. The ensuites feature super big spas and showers with amazing water pressure. Guests can avail of reasonably priced massages and facials at the onsite spa.

Though the spa is a great feature, it may disappoint some guests as it operates on a timer to avoid any disturbance at night.

The Silver Fern accommodation had great amenities including a spa, 2 bedrooms, and TVs in each room. Perfect for families with children.

Felt at home, no complaints at all.

We enjoyed our stay in the city; it was well-located near restaurants and tourist attractions. the complementary coffee and bathroom toiletries were a nice touch. the spacious room had a comfortable bed, and the verandah was a great spot for relaxing outdoors.

it was challenging to use the shower located above it. the room lacked air conditioning, and we had to use the fan constantly to keep it comfortable.

This hotel is truly luxurious. the exclusive amenities include a Jacuzzi, massage, and a spa & wellness center that offered a relaxing experience. the room advantages were unique, and the private facilities were exclusive to this hotel. the location advantages were great, the garden area was beautiful, and the picnic area was well equipped. the in-room breakfast was delightful and the snacks in the snack bar were delicious.

I can only find one minor issue with the shower. the shower mixers were fixed to the wall, which I personally don't like.

had another amazing stay at silver fern rotorua suites & spa. the room was incredible, especially the spa by the bed. the open plan layout leading out to the balcony was fantastic. the staff were so accommodating, we'll definitely be back! the 11am check out is a bonus too!

Kitchen size and room price a bit disappointing.

The room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The shower provided nice, warm water, and the bathroom and toilet were both well-maintained. The coffee maker in the room was a nice touch. Additionally, there was a shared balcony at the front of the hotel where guests could relax and enjoy the outdoors.

We had a great stay at Silver Fern. The room was exactly as advertised, nice and modern with a spa bath. We especially enjoyed the option to add a side by side back massage when we checked in. The owners were really friendly and helpful, allowing us an early check-in so we could make the most of our day exploring Rotorua. The location was convenient, within walking distance to a good restaurant. a pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again.
