The hotel offers a gym and a pool, which was nice. the location was also great, with easy access to shopping and entertainment. Another advantage was the breakfast, with a variety of delicious options available.

The hotel was not very clean and the room was a bit dated. There were some bugs in the room and the towels were old and stained.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to the Royal Palace and within walking distance to the temples. The room was spacious and stylish, with comfortable beds. The staff provided a warm welcome and good service, offering a welcome drink upon arrival. The breakfast selection was average but satisfactory. Additionally, the hotel had nice facilities such as a gym and a beautiful pool.

The air-conditioning in the room was a bit noisy, which affected the overall stay.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is peaceful and quiet. Great location with nearby restaurants and easy access to Angkor Wat. Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options.

the exclusive amenities fulfilled our every need, especially the spa lounge and outdoor swimming pool. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxation and taking in the beautiful surroundings. the service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the city and nearby attractions.

this did not detract from the overall positive experience we had.

Our stay at J7 was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our entire stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel had a lovely fragrance throughout, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there were plenty of sockets in the room for all our charging needs. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, and we were even surprised with a complimentary bottle of red wine and cheese on our third day. Despite a few minor glitches, such as weak water pressure in the shower and limited breakfast choices, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at J7 Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful amenities.
