Beautiful location, friendly staff, delicious food, quiet, Tatai waterfalls.

Not one thing.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had an amazing experience. The location down the river was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and close to nature. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent guest service, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were well-designed and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We loved waking up in the morning and being able to jump into the river right from our room. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast. we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

Idyllic isolated location with friendly staff. Jungle tour and waterfall visit were a highlight. Fresh fruit served with meals was fantastic. Rooms with personal kayaks parked outside. Stunning river views and romantic setting.

The location was breathtaking and the view of the river was amazing. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always making sure we were comfortable. the food was fresh and delicious, and the variety of dishes was impressive. We also enjoyed the quiet and serene atmosphere of the property.

The Wi-Fi connection was poor and the signal wasn't available in all areas of the hotel which made it hard to stay connected. the lack of hot water was a major inconvenience, which made taking a relaxing shower impossible.

The location of this resort is absolutely breathtaking, nestled down the river and surrounded by nature. The room itself was beautifully designed and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view from the terrace. The staff went above and beyond to provide friendly and helpful service.
