Additionally, being situated on the lake provides a serene and picturesque atmosphere, allowing guests to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty. The staff at the hotel are attentive and provide top-notch service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can start their day with a delicious breakfast overlooking the lake, adding to the delightful experience. The spacious rooms and luxurious bathrooms offer utmost comfort, and the hotel provides excellent facilities such as a pool and wildlife tours for guests to enjoy.

Some areas of the hotel could benefit from better maintenance, particularly in regards to the wooden structures and cleanliness of certain items like ceramic mugs and towels.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs. The exclusive amenities were exceptional, which indulged me throughout my stay. The impeccable service provided by the friendly and professional staff made my stay truly memorable. The stunning outdoor swimming pool with the amazing view was the perfect spot for leisure. The sun terrace, garden area and beach umbrellas made my outdoor experience unique and comfortable. The restaurant offered incredible in-room breakfast, poolside snack bar, and excellent dinner with a changing, à la carte menu every night.

Although this hotel was a dream come true, the location was a bit secluded, and some minor improvement could be made to the Wi-Fi connection. However, this minor issue did not detract from this hotel's overall luxurious experience, and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a five-star stay.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and loved the cozy rooms with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. the picturesque setting was perfect for relaxing and the nearby excursions were a great way to explore. the staff were fantastic and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel felt too remote and was difficult to reach via a long, bumpy road. it lacked the atmosphere and amenities we were hoping for during our Christmas vacation.
