Gym needs maintenance.

We loved the warm welcome we received from the staff, who were always very polite and attentive to our needs. the tasty breakfast provided a great start to our days, which we then spent relaxing by the peaceful pool area. We would highly recommend requesting a room with a pool view – the scenery was incredibly calming. One of the best things about the hotel was its convenient location - close to many local attractions and activities.

This was only a minor issue and didn't detract too much from our overall experience. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfortable bed and clean room.

We had an exceptional stay at a hotel in Siem Reap. The room was elegant, spacious, and had a nice TV with a variety of channels. The customer service was faultless, and the food, including room service, was delicious. The pool area was beautiful with drink service available. The hotel arranged affordable tuk tuk rides to the main Pub Street. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location was convenient, just a short tuktuk ride away from the lively Pub Street and Siem Reap center. We also discovered a lovely restaurant right next to the hotel, perfect for a delicious meal after a day of exploring.

The internet connection was quite poor with speeds ranging from 4-5 Mbit/s and occasional periods of no connection in the evening.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, the exclusive amenities were remarkable and the service was outstanding. the staff was really friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. the spa and wellness center was a great way to relax after a long day, and the outdoor swimming pool was a wonderful feature that we took advantage of every day. the full body massage was very relaxing and we felt completely rejuvenated afterwards. the room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities that we needed.

The only minor issue we had was with the location, as it was a little farther from the city center than we anticipated. the hotel offered a free shuttle service so it was not a big problem.

my recent stay in siem reap was amazing, but lotus blanc hotel took it to another level! their hospitality and service exceeded all expectations, and the beautiful decor added a touch of luxury to my holiday. highly recommended!
