The bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities. The friendly and professional staff, especially Mr. Ravy and Mr. Nora, ensure that all issues are promptly resolved.

One aspect that could be improved is the lack of small tables and chairs in the rooms, making it difficult to find a surface to put personal belongings on.

The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area but still accessible to the tourist spots via tuk-tuk. We loved the cozy and warm ambiance of the room that made us feel right at home. Lastly, the pool was a great way to relax and enjoy the nice weather.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't working well during daytime, making it difficult to stay indoors when it's hot outside. We also missed having a table and chairs on the balcony, which would have been a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful city view.

The pool and rooftop area is incredible, great gym, can use washing machines and dryer free of charge, beautiful and very modern room. Vegetarian breakfast options available. All in all very very good!

The gym was also great, and we appreciated the convenience of being able to use the washing machines and dryer for free. Our room was beautiful and very modern, with spacious and clean accommodations. We were also pleased to find that there were vegetarian breakfast options available.

In terms of cons, the only minor issue we encountered was when the breaker in our room popped. However, the hotel staff was prompt in fixing the issue, resolving it within just 5 minutes.

my third stay at luxcity and it keeps getting better! the spacious rooms are perfect for long-term stays, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. the free laundry machines and pool are added bonuses. staff are friendly and attentive to detail. this will be my go-to base whenever I'm in phnom penh.
