We had the most amazing time at Hotel Fasano in Angra dos Reis. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, arranging day trips and providing us with plenty of options for activities. The food was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic breakfast buffet and a 5-star dining experience in the evening. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are spacious and clean. The optional island transfer and seafood meal were a highlight. The spa was also fantastic, offering a truly relaxing experience. The location feels like a foreign country, a hidden gem in Rio state.

Stunning decor, private island access, incredible spa, convenient shops, and spacious rooms. 10/10 for service, except for one thing – the included restaurant needs improvement. Amazing views, friendly staff, attention to detail, world-class spa, and access to golf course. Nicest hotel we've ever stayed in, with friendly and helpful staff, amazing food, and clean, high-quality rooms.

The location of the hotel is simply stunning, nestled amidst natural surroundings and a paradise for boating enthusiasts. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the facilities are new and clean. I particularly enjoyed the sauna, spa, and fitness center, which were a welcome retreat on those rainy days. The dinner in the main restaurant exceeded my expectations and was included in the rate.

While there were a few minor issues that impacted the customer experience, such as the limited breakfast place arrangements and the lack of hot food options for breakfast, these were outweighed by the positives. The staff, despite some training issues, were friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the spa and gym were both excellent and affordable. the breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of fresh foods and the option to order extras. We also enjoyed the private island transfer and the delicious seafood meal we had there.

The water quality near the hotel was poor, with an oil film on the water. Some staff members had trouble communicating in English, which made it slightly difficult for us.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious, with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was one of the best I've ever experienced. the sauna and steam room, along with the infinity pool and sun terrace, were perfect for relaxation. I especially loved the massage, which left me feeling rejuvenated.

The only minor issue I had was with the restaurant. While the breakfast was continental and the poolside snack bar was great, the restaurant choices were limited and did not reflect the high standards of the hotel.
