I recently had a delightful stay at the Mane Colonial Classic Hotel for 5 days. The staff were incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The dinner was delicious, especially the Khmer red curry, and breakfast was a treat, especially the eggs benedict. The hotel had a high-quality piano and allowed us to play it, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The room was great, with a cool upgrade that allowed us to access YouTube on the TV. The staff were also very helpful in organizing transportation for our visits to Angkor Wat and other temples. They even took the time to ask about our plans and offer advice. On top of all this, they made our Valentine's Day and my girlfriend's birthday extra special with special care and a birthday cake. an amazing experience that I highly recommend!

Excellent service, personalized tours, attentive staff, beautiful property, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms.

The breakfast was decent and we appreciated the swimming pool. the hotel was also conveniently located near the tourist attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area.

The customer service was underwhelming. the staff was not friendly and hardly acknowledged us.

The hotel provided me with a luxurious stay. I enjoyed the exclusive amenities such as the spa services and the indoor swimming pool. the massage and full body massage were exceptional. the outdoor dining area was fantastic for dinner which included special diet menus. Located at a bit outside of town center, it was peaceful and quiet. the shuttle service was provided which made it convenient to get to the airport or downtown.

the open-air bath was a bit crowded.

The staff is outstanding - proactive, attentive, and customer-focused. Well-maintained classic hotel with local art and furniture. Spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated rooms. Exceptional service from all hotel departments. Delicious food at the restaurant. Value for money luxury experience. Fresh local fruits in the room. Convenient arrangements for tours and transportation.

Nothing not to love.

The breakfast at Mane was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed a delicious and filling meal with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. One particular highlight was when the concierge immediately took care of a damaged suitcase wheel, getting it replaced free of charge. The hotel also provided excellent assistance when my husband developed an eye infection. The location was convenient, with grab tuk-tuk drivers waiting right outside. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it was very close to the temple and just down the boulevard to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked bathroom and a big screen smart TV for entertainment. The staff provided exceptional service, attending to our needs and going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options. We also enjoyed the free tuk-tuk service, which made exploring the area hassle-free.
