I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel close to the convention center. The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short distance away. The room was spacious, perfectly clean, and had all the necessary toiletries. I was impressed with the free breakfast, which offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The service was impeccable, with the staff being friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a pool and a water dispenser beside the lift. I had a fantastic experience.

One minor drawback was the limited breakfast options for non-Filipinos, although the manager assured me that they are working on implementing more choices.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, it was situated in a prime spot right in the middle of a complex. The area was beautifully lit up with Christmas lanterns on the street light posts, which was a lovely touch. The pool was clean, and we appreciated the strong water pressure in our room. We also liked that there was a water dispenser near the lift and a small kitchenette with a microwave and kettle.

There were some negatives during our stay. The breakfast service was very poor, with some items taking up to an hour and a half to be delivered to our room.

I recently had a fabulous one-night stay at this hotel and I couldn't be happier with my experience. the staff at this hotel were simply outstanding. Coming from a background in the hospitality industry myself, I have had the privilege of working with some of the best staff in the USA, but the level of service at this hotel was truly remarkable. Every staff member I encountered was not only friendly but also extremely attentive to my needs. It really made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.

Located in a complex with festive Christmas decorations. Restaurants like Pancake House nearby. Family room is modern and comfortable with blackout curtains. Friendly staff and excellent housekeeping. Peaceful location with ample parking. Highly recommended.

The pool is clean and there is a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle.

Felt welcomed into the family, no complaints at all.
