Incredible value for money. The rooftop pool and area were a brilliant addition to our stay. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Though our room on the ground floor was a bit noisy, it didn't overshadow the overall great experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was very convenient, just a short walk from the night market and in close proximity to famous landmarks. the staff were welcoming and polite, making our stay more enjoyable. We especially liked the swimming pool area, which was well maintained and offered a relaxing atmosphere. the food served at the hotel restaurant was also delicious, with a great selection including local dishes.

Although our overall experience was positive, the water pressure in the shower was quite low, making it difficult to get a strong shower. there were a few miscommunications with the staff, who sometimes struggled to understand our questions.

the pick up from the airport was a bit delayed due to a mistake with the name, but the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. the hotel itself exceeded my expectations, with its cleanliness, stunning decor, and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and immaculate, although the bathroom could use some renovations, particularly the drainage. It would also be great if towel racks and a bidet were added. the breakfast provided was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed our evening swims in the perfectly temperature-controlled pool. I would definitely recommend Okay Villa 1 to friends and family visiting Cambodia.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing, with plenty of sun chairs and a clean pool. It was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. the staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to assist with any request or question we had.

Our room faced another building and we were unable to open the windows, which made the room smell a bit bad due to the bathroom. the WiFi was not the fastest, although it covered the entire hotel, including the terrace.
