The hotel's vintage look and rooftop pool were nice. The room was big, clean, and had a sweet little balcony with a nice view. The staff was really kind, offering a free boat trip on the Mekong.

As a couple, we loved staying at this hotel in the heart of the city, tucked away down a small alley which is also a dead end, making it a quiet and peaceful location. The hotel provided excellent service, with amenities such as car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, shops. The lobby and rooms were beautifully decorated with traditional Khmer furniture giving a pleasant and memorable atmosphere. The room provided free Wi-Fi, a mini bar, flat-screen TV and fridge, making our stay even more comfortable.

Although the staff didn't excel at communicating well the alternative options as they hadn't kept a room for us despite having a non-refundable reservation, overall, this place was perfect for us. We enjoyed the scenic rooftop pool and sun terrace, with an incredible view of the city.

The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Having the swimming pool on the roof added to our enjoyable stay. The hotel is conveniently located down a small alley, providing privacy while still being right in the city center. Additionally, it is just across from several major tourist sites, making it easy to explore the area.

The staff were friendly and the lobby and rooftop terrace with pool were lovely. The double room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel had impressive decor and a great view of the royal palace from the pool.

Nothing not to like.

The hotel is located in a fantastic area with easy walking access to the local market and great views of the city. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and cozy, and the staff provides exceptional service. The breakfast menu has an excellent variety. The rooftop pool and restaurant are beautiful and offer fantastic city views.

The hotel lacks enough privacy, and some guests had embarrassing incidents with staff members.

During my stay at Okay Boutique Hotel, I was impressed by the great location and the beautiful view of the Royal Palace. The traditional wooden decor added a charming touch to the hotel. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and most spoke English, which made communication easy. The breakfast, although sometimes crowded, was decent.

Although there were some minor issues, such as an outdated bathroom with no hot water at the sink for shaving and the need for new bath towels, overall, my stay at Okay Boutique Hotel was enjoyable. I appreciated the efforts of the staff and the comfortable accommodations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel as a family with children. The traditional Cambodian carved timber decoration added a unique touch to the hotel's serene atmosphere. The lobby with its small Buddhist altars and large Ganesha, and the abundance of lotuses, created a peaceful ambiance. The room and bathroom were spacious, with a great view over the city. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The pool area was well-equipped with plenty of sun lounges, tables, and chairs, and the pool itself was clean. Moreover, the hotel's location was perfect, being close to the palace, museum, and many restaurants.

Had a fantastic weekend stay in a lovely hotel. the breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from. the location was perfect, very convenient to the main attractions and easy to get around. I also loved the rooftop pool, though it was a bit deep for my liking. the staff were helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. Complementary check-in snacks and drinks were a nice touch too.

The room was okay but could use some updates and improvements. the bathroom was a bit shabby and the towels were a bit worn.

The rooftop pool was a refreshing escape from the busy city. Although the breakfast wasn't amazing, it was a decent start to the day. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Okay Boutique to others.
