Had an amazing weekend in Cambodia! Room was great - clean and spacious. Loved the fact that we were in the heart of the city as it made it easy to find great places to eat and shop. Staff was super helpful and always had great recommendations for things to do. Loved the personalized service we received - they really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Honestly, cannot think of any negatives. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cambodia. The staff was amazing and the location was fantastic. Can't wait to come back!

We had a great experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The spacious and clean room provided enhanced comfort during our stay. The central location was a plus, with plenty of nearby eateries and shopping options. The staff provided prompt responses and were extremely helpful. We appreciated the assistance and recommendations from the customer relationship manager, Jen Chen. She was resourceful and always had great suggestions for us. our family stay here was enjoyable and we would highly recommend this place to others.

The hotel manager, Mr. Sonetra, was extremely helpful and friendly. The staff spoke good English and followed up on our requests. The hotel was clean, neat, and accommodating. Centrally located with nearby eateries and shopping.
