The hotel is very close to the airport, around a 10-minute walk. the room was modern and well-lit with great photos on the wall. the bed was huge and comfortable and there was a massive TV. I appreciate that breakfast is served from 3 to 6 in the morning or at 6 am. the staff went above and beyond to help us by providing a luggage scale, and it was a lifesaver.

Despite calling seven times, I never received an answer and the check-in staff said they had not received any of my messages. It seems like they could use better scheduling for their shuttle so that they can ensure that all guests have proper service.
