I recently stayed at a lovely little hotel in Kep and had an amazing experience. The location was unbeatable, just across from the beach and close to restaurants and the crab market. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with stunning views and newer furniture. I especially enjoyed the convenience of a ground floor room, allowing me to easily access the pool and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kep.

Located right at the beachfront in Kep, you'll find several local restaurants just steps away where you can enjoy authentic seafood dishes. The hotel overlooks the beach, offering a stunning view from your room. You can also easily explore local markets nearby and indulge in fresh seafood. The rooms are spacious and homely, with a sofa and coffee table, giving it a warm and comfortable vibe. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist you.

The air conditioning in some rooms may not work properly.

My stay at Saravoan-Kep was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants. The view from my room was breathtaking - I woke up to the stunning sight of the ocean every morning. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the Nescafe and kettle provided in the room, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The pool was refreshing and well-maintained, offering a relaxing spot to unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a pleasant stay. Despite a few minor issues with the facilities like plumbing and shower pressure, they didn't greatly impact my experience. If the price point were a little lower, these minor issues would have been completely negligible. I highly recommend Saravoan-Kep Hotel for its perfect location, beautiful views, and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Saravoan. The hotel's perfect beachside location provided a stunning view, and our poolside room was just what we needed. The staff, including the informative owner Richard, were friendly and attentive. The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals that could be enjoyed poolside. We also loved the convenience of having a French bakery and market nearby, as well as restaurants next door. The beach was well-maintained, and we enjoyed both the pool and the excellent water. Saravoan-Kep offered great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time during my Christmas stay at this hotel. Loved the spacious and spotless rooms with their comfortable beds and lovely sea views. Location was perfect, with the beautiful beach just across the street and seafood shacks and lively bars within walking distance. A real plus was the friendly and helpful staff who always had a smile and great recommendations.

There were a few negatives worth mentioning, such as the outdated bathrooms which were a bit grubby and uninviting. , the air conditioning wasn't very effective, which made for an uncomfortable sleep in the warm and humid Cambodian weather.

The hotel had a beautiful appearance and was in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. The rooms were fine with a safe for storing valuables. Plus, there was a small swimming pool that was great for families. One of the best things was the sustainable practices, such as refillable water stations and bathroom containers.

The bathrooms were not very clean and the air conditioner didn't cool the room properly, which made it difficult to sleep in the hot Cambodian weather. The food at the hotel was also not great and quite expensive, especially the baguettes.

We had a wonderful stay at a well-located hotel in Kep. The rooms were comfortable with nice bathrooms, and we loved the beautiful sea view from our balcony. The hotel's pool was clean and popular, and the cabana-style restaurant was very nice. The staff, including the front desk staff and the resident tuk-tuk driver, were all pleasant and helpful. We also appreciated the excellent location, as the hotel was right across the street from Kep Beach and a short tuk-tuk ride from the Crab Market.
