I had a fantastic experience at the hotel located exactly on the fairground. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the wifi worked well. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, especially Mr. Tarek, the reservation manager, who provided professional service and friendly advice. Despite the absence of a swimming pool, Mr. Tarek's hospitality made up for it.

The hotel's location next to the fair we were attending was very convenient for business people. The room was clean and the staff, although not helpful with luggage, was friendly. The breakfast was good and there was an indoor pool and sauna available.

One small window in the deluxe suite felt like a prison with a 100% blackout in the living area.

We had a fantastic stay at Tuyap Palas. The location was perfect for attending the exhibition at Tuyap exhibition centre. The convenience of being able to walk from our room to the exhibition hall was unbeatable. The hotel staff were also very helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience overall. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone attending an exhibition at Tuyap.

During my stay at this hotel, I was fulfilled with luxurious needs that made my experience unforgettable. The Spa & wellness centre was exquisite and the massage was top-notch. Indoor swimming pool was beautifully designed with sun loungers, and the steam room was pristine. The restaurant fulfilled all my culinary demands and the special diet menus were superb. I also enjoyed the private facilities that were exclusive to my room. The location advantages were fantastic as the hotel was in close proximity to the venue.

Although my experience was almost perfect, the only setback was that there were minimal live entertainment options available. The insufficient leisure/ TV room is the only minor problem I encountered.
