However, the staff quickly came to the rescue and went above and beyond by riding their scooter to meet me and deliver the tickets. That kind of service is truly exceptional. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, as it was within walking distance to many popular tourist attractions. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
