Located in a village area a few miles from central town, Shintana Saya Residence offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. The friendly and attentive staff go out of their way to ensure a pleasurable stay, providing complimentary tuk tuk rides to the town and nearby attractions like Angkor Wat. The spacious rooms are well-equipped with high-quality amenities, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast by the beautiful swimming pool, and the hotel even offers in-room massages.

The staff occasionally had difficulty remembering or understanding food orders.

I had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and were always there to assist me. They even provided a tuktuk for my entire stay, which was a great way to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful full bath and rain shower. I also loved the pool just outside my room. With only 9 rooms, this hotel offers a more intimate and personalized experience compared to the hundreds of other hotels in the area.

I felt like part of the family during my stay and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

The breakfast is delicious and the pool area is stunning. the hotel offers excellent facilities and advantages, such as complimentary rides to and from the city center and airport.

Some guests may find the hotel's location away from the touristy downtown area to be inconvenient for accessing certain restaurants and shops.

The staff helped us arrange a private English-speaking guide and driver, and the location was convenient with complimentary Tuk Tuks available. The spacious and clean rooms, beautiful grounds, and complementary meal in the restaurant were also highlights. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Siem Reap for a few days. The staff at this hotel, led by David, were outstanding and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They arranged a private tour of Angkor Wat for me, and their private Tuk Tuk service made getting around town incredibly convenient. The hotel is located outside of the city center, which provided a peaceful and relaxing environment away from the hustle and bustle. The room was superb and spacious, with a well-stocked mini bar and daily refreshments. The pool was always clean and inviting. The highlight of my stay was when David and his team surprised me with roses and a cake to celebrate my birthday. It was such a special and thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and fantastic amenities.

Loved every tiny detail at this hidden gem in Siem Reap. From the warm welcome with a coconut to the spacious and beautifully designed room, everything was perfect. The complimentary wine, cheese, and fruit in the minibar added a special touch. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The food was delicious, especially the stir-fried rice with chicken. The saltwater swimming pool was clean and tranquil. I highly recommend staying here for a truly exceptional experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

It was great to get free airport pick-up and drop off. , the tuk-tuk drivers around the hotel were very accommodating, and willing to assist in taking me around the city. The hotel was in a good location, close to many other places of interest and convenience. The large and clean room was an advantage, and the staff were really helpful, particularly when I needed help ordering food in the early morning.

The food in the hotel restaurant was not that good and somewhat overpriced. , the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak in certain areas of the hotel, making it difficult to stream videos on my laptop.

The Spa & wellness centre had exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The beautifully designed indoor swimming pool provided a tranquil escape, and the massage therapists were skilled and attentive. The hotel's restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a wide variety of delicious food and drinks with a serene view of the pool.

It's difficult to find anything negative to say, but the pack lunches provided didn't meet my dietary restrictions. However, the restaurant had special diet menus that were able to accommodate me.
