The staff at Villa Blue Lagoon were incredibly helpful, from arranging food delivery to assisting with transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and well-air conditioned. The pool area was a paradise, offering a relaxing retreat. Despite the slightly challenging location, the overall experience was fantastic and excellent value for money.

Only hiccup was that it took a bit of effort for the tuk-tuk driver to find the spot, but once we did, it was smooth sailing – the area was safe and we were all good. a top-notch hotel we’d gladly revisit! 🌴

This hotel is a hidden gem in Sihanoukville! the staff and owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. the rooms are spotless and well-maintained, with delicious and affordable food available at the bar. You get Western standards at local prices here, which is a steal in Cambodia. the outdoor areas, pool, and gardens are beautiful and the perfect place to relax. Plus, the cats roaming around add a charming touch to the atmosphere.

Some rooms may need to upgrade their mattresses, as a few guests have experienced discomfort with protruding bed springs. night reception and prompt assistance for urgent matters could be improved for better guest satisfaction.

the nearby beaches like Mlop Chrey and Ochheuteal were easily accessible, perfect for family outings. the Palm Beach Koh Rong Office and Snake House added a unique touch to our vacation. the hotel's karaoke and outdoor swimming pool were also great for family entertainment and bonding.

I tried sleeping on the hammock to avoid the springy bed, but the mosquitoes declared war on me. Luckily, the pool was a sanctuary - I practically set up camp there. the staff finally got the message about the bed situation, and while they didn't break out the red carpet, at least they didn't roll out the "no refunds" sign either.

I always return for my city trip, remembering my first local taxi tip here. Everything fits perfectly: Free Wi-Fi, parking, air con, laundry, dining, pool.

The double room was cozy with a lovely terrace offering garden views. the air conditioning was a blessing during the hot weather, and the shared bathroom was always clean and tidy. the pool views from some rooms were a nice touch.

The bed could have been a tad more comfortable for me, but it was still fine for a good night's sleep.

My sister and I had a fantastic stay at a hidden gem with lush greenery and impeccable cleanliness, just steps away from the main street. the staff's warm smiles, efficient service, and well-appointed rooms made our vacation perfect.
