We had a fantastic stay at Caribou Lodge for our fly fishing trip. The host was wonderful, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean and comfy. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed using the mosquito traps and electric racket for some fun entertainment.

We had been driving all day and arrived fairly late but our host at Cariboo Log Guest House was very accommodating and stayed up to greet us outside when we arrived! He was also so kind to get up early and make sure breakfast was ready for us before we started the rest of our journey! The room was very beautiful, clean and comfortable. Our host was very attentive and has such an interesting life story!

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the log walls added a unique and cozy touch to our room. The location of the hotel, right on the lake, provided stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, treating us like family and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay.

The location was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to nearby amenities. the view from my room was breathtaking, and the room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. the breakfast provided a good variety, with tasty options to choose from.

The service was not up to par, with a language barrier causing some confusion upon check-in. there was some miscommunication about the room I had booked, causing some frustration and inconvenience.

The friendly owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They did our laundry and even hosed off our vehicle due to the dirt roads in the area. The breakfast was amazing and they catered to our vegetarian and vegan preferences. The log house and grounds were beautiful, and our room had a lovely view of the lake. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip through Canada!

The location of the guest house is absolutely stunning, with expansive views of the surroundings and the nearby lake. The rooms are well-fitted out and comfortable, with clean and spacious bathrooms. The hot water in the faucets and showers took a bit longer to arrive, which was a minor inconvenience.

This was our second stay at Cariboo Lodge in eight years on our drives through Canada from and to Alaska. We purposefully booked a two-night stay here again because our first one-night stay was so pleasant in years past. The new owners were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are lovely, clean, quiet, and comfortable with a view of a pretty lake across the street. Our stay included a delicious buffet of breakfast options. The owners even did our laundry for us without any extra charge! They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again on our next journey!
