The hotel had problems, but I'm surprised pretty much a hotel could offer good service. the staff is most excellent! I'm glad the day is done, enjoying a relaxing evening. I made coffee at the lobby a few times and took a travel mug with me to my room! Hameed at check-in and check-out was great. Big rooms, clean, safe and have everything you need. I'd come back for sure.

Staff is remarkably accommodating. During my stay, I needed an iron and ironing board, and the front desk swiftly arranged for them to be delivered to my room. It felt like having a personal butler at my beck and call, ensuring a wrinkle-free experience.

Limited TV channels.

The room with two queen-sized beds and a private balcony felt cozy and inviting. the breathtaking views of mountains were a highlight for me as a guest with disabilities.

The musty smell in the room was overwhelming for my taste.

The room amenities at this hotel were fantastic. Having a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee pot made my stay so convenient. But what really impressed me was the variety of towels available in the bathroom, including bath sheets! the staff were incredibly friendly and even surprised me with a lovely treat basket as part of their guest of the day promotion.

the coast metro vancouver was super clean and organized - with comfy beds and hot water. surprisingly quiet - it's located conveniently with great local tips. the check-in staff were super friendly and recommended a fantastic nearby chinese restaurant!

Free coffee, fitness room for my imaginary workout routine, free Wi-Fi. Lovely rock garden for my Zen moments. My goal is to keep coming back. Shopping at Metropolis, who knew?

One service that I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities.

The rooftop pool party and live DJ were epic! the arcade and karaoke bar were so fun. Best weekend getaway ever!

We were pleasantly surprised by the clean, modern rooms with big TVs at Coast Metro Vancouver. the staff was exceptional; a true bang for your buck experience. I'll recommend this hotel.

Gluten-free goodness galore! Plus, vibes were on point, and staff were friendly AF. Oh, and don't get me started on the epic tales of local eats, like Burnaby Palace Restaurant and Nu Japanese Sushi Bar nearby.

No bedside table lamps, but hey, we all managed to shine bright. Plus, no WiFi sheet or cable box, yet we still found our way to cozy up amongst the Balcony views.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming during my xmas stay. Plus, the free parking was a nice perk, no hassle finding a spot. the location was super convenient, close to major shopping centers and within walking distance to Starbucks and various restaurants from around the world.

Honestly, my xmas stay was quite disappointing. the room smelled horrendous upon entering, triggering an instant headache.
