The servers at Fiesta Americana are amazing! Kind, helpful, and very hardworking. They would do everything they could to accommodate your requests. The staff is attentive and the food is great, especially the fish tacos and ceviche. The property offers aerobic water exercises, an adult-only infinity pool and jacuzzi, and a balcony with ocean views. The entertainment on two nights was enjoyable. The adult pool area is lovely and the service from Nacho and Polo was outstanding. We had a wonderful time at this resort.

From the friendly and attentive team at the breakfast restaurant to the helpful and attentive pool staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Special shoutouts to Alejandro, Gume, Eduardo, Rosalio, Miguel, and Alejandro for their exceptional service. We also received outstanding service from the captain of the restaurants, who even arranged for a microwave in our room to make our stay with our baby much easier. We can't thank them enough!

From Mario at check-in to the attentive servers at the restaurants and bars, everyone was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to a shopping mall and only a short distance from the airport and downtown. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a great ocean view. The resort also had beautiful animals like peacocks, iguanas, and birds roaming around. I felt safe, well taken care of, and had a fantastic time.

We stayed at a small yet beautiful resort located on the beach. The Italian restaurant served the most delicious steak and lobster dinner, making it one of the highlights of our stay. The staff was friendly, and the service was exceptional, with special shoutouts to Paulina and Raphael. The rooms were comfortable and clean and provided a great view of the beach. The breakfast buffet had many choices, and the facilities were well-maintained.

The lighting around the stairs could have been better, and the swimming in the ocean was not safe.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Fiesta Americana. The Mexican Fiesta buffet on Friday was the highlight of our trip, with the best representation of Mexican food we've ever seen. The service at the cevicheria was exceptional, and Angel was incredibly nice. The rooms were a bit outdated, but the AC was great for the brutal July weather. The pool could use some updating and better cleaning, but overall our stay was good. I highly recommend this hotel for a fun family getaway.
