We booked the B&B for our final stop on our trip and it helped to end our journey on an up note. The owners, Dianne and Merril, are friendly and engaging. The house is a collector's museum and is fun to explore. Rooms are fully equipped with every comfort. The backyard, right on the Bow River, is a paradise. No detail has been overlooked - from the amazing breakfast to the overall experience. It far exceeded our expectations.

It was so quiet and peaceful here, making it the ideal place to relax and unwind after a long day of travel. The staff were very hospitable and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the soundproofed rooms, as it ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The garden area was beautiful and provided a lovely space to enjoy the outdoors.

The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed a good night's sleep. the free Wi-Fi was a nice perk, and the off-street parking was convenient. the location was great, with easy access to the NW side of the city. the view of the river from the deck was also a nice touch.

My recent stay at Along River Ridge was absolutely wonderful. The location, situated along the Bow River, provided a beautiful and relaxing setting. I loved spending time in their cozy red Muskoka chairs, sipping coffee and watching the river flow by. It truly felt like home.

Scenic location, peaceful area, convenient access to highways, clean and comfortable property, snowshoeing opportunities.

During our stay, we were impressed with the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a short 10-minute drive from downtown and the wide bike lane in front of the hotel made it easy to explore the city by bike. The beautiful river in the backyard provided a peaceful and scenic view. Additionally, the C-train station nearby allowed us to easily visit Heritage Park for a day of fun in the sun.

We were disappointed by the lack of friendliness and helpfulness from the owners.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to Market Mall and with a lovely view of the river. It was also really convenient for me, as it was close to the Trans-Canada highway heading to the national parks. The staff here were amazing, always ready to help with any request, and the cleaning service was exceptional. The rooms were quiet and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and even a patio to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

This is still a fantastic place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to families.

I had the most incredible experience at Along River Ridge! Upon arrival, Merrill, our host, warmly welcomed us and shared fascinating facts about the recent floods. The queen deluxe room we stayed in was like something out of a five-star hotel, with a Jacuzzi bath, steam shower, and even a cozy fireplace. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the Lindt chocolates on the pillow to the choice of lotions to suit my preference. The common area had a kitchenette, pool table, and a lounge where we enjoyed hot chocolate and snacks. Dianne prepared a delicious and healthy breakfast, and both hosts were outstanding ambassadors for the city, providing us with an itinerary to explore Calgary's highlights. Despite our short stay, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this B&B for a peaceful and luxurious stay.
