Great location: The hotel was centrally located, making it easy to walk to all the attractions in the city. Everything, including dining places, was within walking distance. This saved us a lot of time and transportation costs during our city trip.

Noisy room: Unfortunately, our room was located right next to the elevator, which resulted in a lot of noise. We could hear the elevator operating and people entering the hallway, especially at night.

The bed at Alpenglow Lodge By Bill was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The front desk staff was helpful and resolved any issues promptly.

The coffee machine was not functioning during our stay, and the toilet needed to be fixed due to a broken chain and excessive water usage.
