Celebrating our honeymoon, we had a magnificent stay at Kivotos. the location offers breathtaking views of the caldera and sunset from the honeymoon suite terrace. the staff are exceptional, making us feel truly welcomed. the included breakfast, served either in the restaurant or as room service, was fantastic. We will definitely return!

Nestled on a stunning cliff top, the location of this boutique hotel provides breathtaking views of the sea and one of the best sunsets on the entire island. The staff are highly accommodating and go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The rooms are spacious, with some offering private balconies and multiple bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast served daily, either in their room or poolside. The hotel also boasts modern technology, with excellent lighting and a Sonos sound system in the rooms.

The main pool area at the hotel is relatively small compared to neighboring hotels.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with impeccable service. We stayed in a gorgeous room with exclusive amenities and stunning views. the staff were helpful and provided perfect recommendations for dining. the breakfast was amazing with a wide range of choices to select from at the restaurant or as room service. the private access to the restaurant from our room was delightful, and the sunset view was breathtaking. We received a complimentary room upgrade, ironing facilities for our outfits, and early check-in on our wedding day. the location was perfect, with easy access to bars and restaurants.

It's hard to find anything negative to say about this hotel, but we encountered one slight issue. the lighting in the room was quite dim, which made it difficult to do our makeup at times.

Great atmosphere and unique rooms with outstanding staff. Enjoyed the special touches like champagne and snacks on arrival, and the vinsanto wine with chocolates at night. Location was ideal for city break.

Rooms were too dark for our liking, and staff didn't address our concern about people dropping rubbish near our private jacuzzi. Bellhops were not friendly and overcharged for car/taxi rides.
