The place was larger than I thought and laid out extremely well for our family. Close to everything we could want or need, including major tourist sights and the market. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had nice furnishings. The staff was friendly and helpful. The enclosed garage with elevator access was a great convenience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Our stay at Apart Hotel Montreal was exceptional! Cristina, the property manager, provided excellent communication and made check-in and check-out smooth. The apartment had everything our family needed, including laundry facilities and a balcony for enjoying coffee in the morning. The location was convenient, with a grocery store and shops within walking distance. Cristina went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even helping with airport transfer. This was the best Airbnb experience we've had and we would love to stay here again.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the perfect location of the hotel. It was situated in a central area, which made it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying all that it had to offer. the apartment itself was incredibly spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. the photos did not do it justice! the hosts were fantastic. They were very responsive to our inquiries and even allowed us to check out later free of charge. This added flexibility made our stay even more enjoyable.

While our overall stay was pleasant, there were a couple of issues that we encountered. we noticed that the floors were not properly cleaned and had a sticky substance on them.

The hotel is conveniently located near the market, downtown, and many other attractions. It is close to everything I could want or need. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The parking was convenient and easily accessible.

We loved the central location, clean and comfortable apartment, and well-equipped kitchen. The little terrace with BBQ was a lovely bonus for morning/evening beverages. Perfect for a couple or small group.

Met on arrival, shown to parking and carefully acquainted with everything. Requested ground floor unit, comfortably accommodating family with dog. Excellent terrace overlooking street. No need for public transportation. Comfortable beds, including fold out option. Clean, quiet, and comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities. Perfect for a couple with lovely little outside space. Would book again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in the ground floor. the small outdoor sitting area in the front was amazing, especially in the morning. Mrs Cristina, the host, was incredibly nice and helpful, making our stay wonderful. the apartment itself was well-equipped, clean, and spacious. We loved the three balconies, including a rooftop one, and the comfortable beds. the location was also great, with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. I highly recommend staying at this Apart Hotel for a visit to the city.

There were many hidden fees that were not mentioned upfront, which made the overall cost much higher than initially expected.

Comfortable furniture and appliances made our stay enjoyable. the balcony was a great feature to relax and enjoy the view. - the location was convenient, being only a 9-minute walk to the express bus to and from the airport.

The shower was a bit difficult to use, but it wasn't a major issue. There were security cameras everywhere, including right outside the apartment door, which felt a bit intrusive.

We stayed at Apart Hotel Montreal By Les Terrasses Saint Urbain for a week, and it was perfect for our needs. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and all the necessary appliances. The location was excellent, close to downtown Montreal and within walking distance of many attractions and amenities. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean, and the staff, especially Cristina, were very helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
