Our stay at Pestana was excellent value for money and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location was exceptional, close to a major shopping hub, and the staff treated us with sincerity and diligence.

Breakfast items could have had more variety.

We had a fantastic stay at a clean and quiet hotel in a convenient location. The hotel was spacious and the staff were really nice. We loved the delicious and rich breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was delightful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. They were quick to answer any questions I had and provided me with useful tips and recommendations about the local area. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with many popular sightseeing spots within walking distance. It was so convenient to be able to explore the city without having to travel far. Lastly, I really enjoyed the modern and stylish furnishings in the rooms. It gave the hotel a sleek and sophisticated atmosphere.

the breakfast at the hotel was quite expensive and I didn't feel like it was worth the price. the air conditioning in my room made a loud clunking noise that kept me awake at night.

We found this place to be in a really great location, very handy to get to the main sites, but also very practical as it's located nearby the Tiergarten. The peaceful surroundings were inviting and the best way to start or end a busy day. The facilities, such as the pool and breakfast area, were perfect. Although the pool is a little on the small side, I managed to swim uninterrupted for an hour before people started to come down. The service was also top-notch, with helpful and efficient staff who patiently listened to my very poor German. The highlight of our stay was definitely the fabulous breakfast, which catered for all tastes with an excellent hot and cold selection each day, including interesting teas and even gluten-free bread for my friend.

I would definitely recommend this venue to friends.

Spent a long weekend in Berlin & delighted we chose Hotel Pestana. Stylish, helpful staff & easy access to trains/buses. Would stay again, only slight issue was slow wifi - hardly a big deal. Excellent value for money, beautiful, modern, spacious room with huge comfortable bed. Very clean bathroom with bathtub & heated floor. Large, corner veranda with its own garden & perfect view! Cute swimming pool with sauna, steam & gym facilities. Regular bus schedule right across the hotel. Very helpful & kind personnel!

The hotel is ideally located right beside the park, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the city noise. The rooms are comfortable with large beds and the bathrooms are great. The staff at the reception desk are friendly and speak good English. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and make use of the small wellness area.

It is disappointing that there is no kettle provided in the rooms, which is a basic amenity that should be included.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the convenient location of the hotel. The bus stop just opposite the hotel made it easy for us to explore the city, and the nearby train station allowed for quick access to major monuments. The hotel's proximity to the beautiful neighborhood of embassies ensured a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. Additionally, having the main Berlin park across the road and the Berlin Zoo behind the hotel was a bonus. The cleanliness, comfort, and quality of the rooms, including the bedding, exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Our stay at Pestana in Tiergarten was worth every penny. The room was spacious, clean, and came with a balcony offering excellent views. The hotel's location was really convenient, just a short walk away from the bus and train stations, as well as the beautiful Tiergarten park. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, making my wife's 40th birthday extra special.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of German breakfast options.

What a great Christmas break we had! the hotel was situated perfectly for exploring the city attractions by bus, with the stop conveniently close by. We especially enjoyed the complementary daily mulled wine and gingerbread biscuits! the rooms were comfortable, with large, fluffy pillows and the Christmas decor added to the festive experience.

The breakfast buffet wasn't the best - some of the hot food wasn't replenished regularly, and there weren't enough tables to accommodate all the guests at peak times. We also found the pool and spa area to be rather small, making it difficult to relax when it was busy.
