I had a fantastic winter getaway at this hotel. the location was perfect - right in the center of town, close to all the great restaurants and shops. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They even made restaurant suggestions and reservations for me, which was a lovely touch. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed, including a cozy bed. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a great bonus.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't have asked for more.

As a budget traveler, I appreciated the friendly staff and their personalized service. Mishka warmly greeted us by name and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The spa facilities were enjoyable, and we were able to relax with a cocktail after the baths. The breakfast included in our package was a nice touch.

My stay was ruined by the plumbing. the shower head was poor, and I could not control the water temperature.

The spa facilities were fantastic, with a well-thought-out design and the option to have drinks served in the hot tub. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was kind and friendly. Travelling by car allowed us to easily explore the beautiful scenery and go on hikes in the quiet location.
